We offer a wide selection of treatments to meet your dental needs. This might be a routine dental examination with us or even a full mouth reconstruction with dental implants. Please do not hesitate to ask us anything regarding your teeth. We also offer cosmetic braces as well as anti-wrinkle injections to smooth away those wrinkles.
Our dentist, Dr Gary Wu, is highly trained and invests heavily on his continuing education in order to keep up to date with the latest techniques available. He takes extreme care to insure that your treatment is performed to the highest standards. He is confident that your treatment will last therefore all restorations are guaranteed for up to 12 months.
Our practice is equipped with all the latest equipment to ensure that we can perform treatment to the highest standards. We are the only practice in Stoke-On-Trent to have our own CBCT 3D scanner, and we are also one of the very few dental practices in Staffordshire to have our own Cerec CADCAM impression scanner for making our own porcelain crowns.Around 1 in 3 patients have a form a dental anxiety when they come to the dentist. Rest assured we are experienced in treating anxious patients and we are a member of the dental phobia group. Some patients feel more comfortable having dental sedation during treatment and we have facilities for this.
On your first visit to us, we will ask you to arrive at the practice 10 minutes before your appointment time; this is so you can complete a medical and smile questionnaire and relax in our lounge. Please rest assured that all information you provide is strictly confidential.
You will be called through to meet your Dentist and his/her dental surgery assistant. We take the time to discuss any dental problems you are having and listen to your concerns. Your dentist will also talk through your medical form, discussing any relevant issues.
Once we have completed this, we will carry out a thorough dental examination and oral cancer screening, checking your teeth, gums and surrounding tissues. We use the latest technology such as low dose digital radiography and intra oral cameras, which allow us to demonstrate to you any problem areas and help you understand treatments available to you. Note: The Dental Surgery uses Digital x-rays, which reduce radiation by up to 90%.
It is very important to us that you understand and are involved in the diagnosis and treatment planning. We will give you a range of treatment options for consideration. We work with you to ensure you are fully informed and thus can make the appropriate choices for your treatment plan under our clinical guidance. We are very open and clear about the cost of proposed treatment, and give every patient a detailed treatment plan with a written estimate of costs. At Kidsgrove Dental & Implant Centre we offer a variety of financial options including 0% finance, subject to status. This can help spread the cost of your dental treatment over a fixed period of time.
