Full Mouth Dental Implants – in Stoke On Trent
Teeth in a day dental implant treatment is a remarkable piece of dentistry that can change your life. We have made it possible to remove the failing teeth, place the dental implants and then fit a set of screw-in teeth in one single visit. This is all performed with sedation (as required) so the patients are completely unaware of any treatment. Patients attend the next day amazed at the lack of any discomfort or even swelling.
Compare this to less experienced or less specialist clinics who have to resort to the stigma and discomfort of dentures during healing – ask any patient how uncomfortable this is and you will always get the same answer.
One of the most important parts of this treatment is in the planning stages where you will be taken through all aspects of assessment (dental and medical), 3D imaging, model imaging planning, diagnosis and detailed design prior to any treatment being started. It is possible to move onto surgery as quickly as you wish offering you immediate dramatic changes, but rest assured you will never be rushed.
The second and final set of permanent teeth will be made after about 4-6 months of healing. This aspect takes time and care. We carry out detailed investigation of a patient’s needs and desires (ascertained via consultation with you and your family) and utilises the expertise of our onsite laboratory technicians, the restorative experts and the nursing team, working together towards the ideal outcome. This phase truly can’t be rushed, but there is rarely the need to do so as you will already have an excellent set of teeth to smile with and chew any foods that has been in place since surgery.
Q) My teeth are falling apart! Is it possible to take the teeth out and have the implants and new teeth put in at the same time?
Yes! After a thorough examination and a CT scan, we would normally plan on how the final teeth should look. We could remove the teeth, place the implants and then place a fixed temporary so then you won’t have to walk about with no teeth.
Recent studies have shown that the bone heals better around the implants if they were fitted with a temporary immediately after placement.
We like to perform it this way so it is minimal discomfort to you and treatment time will be substantially reduced.
Q)How many implants will I need for this procedure?
Normally between 4-8 implants. This will be enough to replace about 10 teeth per set.
Q) How much will this treatment cost?
The price starts from £12,000 per set. Prices will vary on an individual basis
Q) Can I spread the cost of treatment? Can I take out finance?
Yes we normally charge our treatment per visit.
If you wish to spread over a 12, 24, 36 month period then you could apply for finance.
